Shipping companies and delivery times
Due to the package sizes, we only use DPD, GLS and ILOXX for shipping. The delivery times mentioned are based on the information provided by our shipping service providers.
We always try to offer you the cheapest shipping option. Therefore it can also happen - if you order several products - that they will be delivered with different shipping service providers.
Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Great Britain, Ireland.
Please note that for shipments outside the EU, additional duties may apply.

Have you changed your mind and want to return the item? No problem!
If you don't like the article, you can exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal. The prerequisite for this is that you are a consumer in the sense of § 13 BGB.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use our pre-made form which you can find here.
Please pack the product sufficiently to ensure that the item arrives back undamaged.
As soon as we have received the product, we will check it and you will receive a credit.
Please note that all products have to be returned unused and in a new condition.
Otherwise we are free to request a replacement. See also our general terms and conditions!
Did the item arrive damaged or the packaging damaged?
Please check the package externally for damage in transit upon receipt!
If the package is damaged on the outside, please have the delivery person acknowledge this directly.
If damage to the product is obvious, you can refuse to accept the package.
If, despite no external damage to the package, the product itself is damaged, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to report the damage.
Please note the following in both cases:
- Take photos in the packaged state to document the external damage to the package.
- Take pictures of the product when it is unpacked - especially the damaged areas.
- Keep the original packaging.
- Do not send any goods back to us without our prior consent.
In the event of an incorrect delivery which was caused by us, we will arrange for the package to be picked up and a replacement delivered to you as soon as possible.
Please also note the different address for returns. Returns must be sent directly to our logistics center.
