Questions about orders

If a specific product is out of stock or we introduce new products, we will establish a designated date to initiate the shipping of pre-orders. Hence, the usual timeframe for pre-orders does not apply.

This can have various reasons.

PayPal as the payment method:

If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method and no payment is made within 2 hours, the order will be automatically canceled. This can occur when making payments via invoice or credit card due to a PayPal timeout.

If your payment has been canceled multiple times, you have the following options:

  1. Place the order again.

  2. Choose an alternative payment method to complete your order. We offer alternative payment options such as Amazon Pay or SOFORT.

The shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout once you have entered your address.

You can return our products within the 14-day return period.

Please note that we can only accept products in new and unused condition. Products that have had their protective film removed or are missing installation materials cannot be returned.

Due to data transmission with our shipping service providers, it may take a few hours before you can track your shipment. Usually, you can track your order within 24 hours.

If you have ordered a complete body kit, not all products will be shipped by the same carrier. It is also possible that not all packages will be delivered at the same time. It's best to check the tracking information to get the latest updates on the delivery.
